Pre-heat your over at 175°C. Mix the content of the sachet with 300ml of boiling water for a few seconds. Then add 3 egg whites and 2 tea spoons of white vinegar to the dough and mix until it turns into a compact mass. Split into 8 parts and roll them into a ball. Bake for 40 minutes in the oven, turn the bread buns upside down and bake 10 additional minutes.

The product arrived quickly, the quality is amazing (not the slimy wet konjac substitutes that smell fishy). Cooking time is around 12-15 min, so the rice is perfect for making risotto or paella.
